Self-reflection Tools for Smart Universities Acting Regionally
RE-ACT developed, tested and scaled up an innovative tool - SUNAR - and produced a set of resources to support HEIs and other stakeholders in their regional collaboration.
Smart Universities Acting Regionally (SUNAR) is a free self-assessment tool to support Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and other regional stakeholders to rethink and reposition their strategies, structures and actions to become more actively involved in their regional ecosystems. SUNAR is based in the well-known HEINNOVATE tool, but extends its scope by integrating statements dedicated to the Research and Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialisation (RIS3).
