Fill in the below application - you can write more than one name in the same application. Every individual will be given a number with the foundation's logo which will be sent to you via email. You can print this number or simply download it on your phone so you can snap the photo with your number! After you've done your walk, send us your photos via message on either Facebook or Instagram so we can re-share them (optional). You can also opt to email them to us.
